happy habits!

• go outside for any of the following happy habits, even if you just stand or sit there! (in the sun is preferred. if it’s raining, then do it on the porch)
• read your book!
• move your beautiful body! (walk, yoga, stretch, pilates, workout, dance break)
• drink your gorgeous water! (minimum 2 liters)
• clean or organize something! anything! you’re so cool for doing that!
• write down what you're grateful for today!
• journal / plan your day tomorrow!
• create something or play something! (crafts, baking, coloring, legos, video games, puzzles, music, make fun content, etc)
• meditate and sit in silence for a bit! close your eyes! feel your body and the world around you!
• talk to someone you love! call or text them and talk about anything or just say you love them! </aside>

• a successful day is just being happy! or trying to be!
• habits must be attempted if you’re unhappy!
• replace bad habits with these happy ones!
• try to use your phone less!
• rewards are just for fun and not required!
